如何提交维护请求?

学生可以使用他们的网站提交维护请求 学生宿舍门户网站. 或者，您可以提交一个 维护请求. 

请注意: the Office of 住宅建筑 does not process or address 维护请求s. 我们的办公室只是与LMU的维护部门合作 & 管理团队确保学生居住空间的卫生, 安全, 而且工作正常. 完成请求的时间表由LMU的维护部门自行决定 & 保管的团队.

  • Reside with an immediate family member (parent or legal guardian) within a 65 mile distance of campus, or

什么是住房冻结?

在秋季和春季学期的前两周, the Office of 住宅建筑 institutes a Housing Freeze which means that students will not be permitted to submit Room Changes Requests, 也不会考虑或批准任何换房请求.

  • Residence Halls close for the Winter Break on the last day of the Fall term.

  • Keys are not taken during Winter Closing unless the student is not returning to the space for the Spring term. 
    • If students are not returning for the Spring term, they must complete the entire Check-Out process.

本科生/硕士春季结帐:

  • 在学期结束时，本科生 & Master's students are required to complete the 退房流程 with an RA or other 住宅建筑 Staff Member.

      • Return Key to the 住宅建筑 Office upon completion of the Check Out Inspection 
  • 本科 & Master's Students are required to vacate their space on the last day of the academic term or the date set by the Office of 住宅建筑. 
  • 本科 & Master's students are prohibited from leaving their belongings in residential spaces during the summer term, regardless if they are returning to the space for the following fall semester. The only exception is if the student is remaining in residential housing for the summer term due to on-campus employment or if they are enrolled in summer courses. 

研究生/专业学生租赁结束退房:

什么是健康 & 安全检查?

  • Health and Safety Inspection are conducted monthly to ensure the cleanliness and 安全ty of residential spaces.
  • HSI's are completed by Resident Assistants and 研究生 Housing Coordinators in both 研究生 & 大学生住房. 
  • 在HSI完成后，ra将在每个房间留下合格/不合格单. 
  • 如果学生没有通过HSI，后续的HSI将在72小时内完成.

在入住之前我如何接受/质疑我的房间状况报告(rcr)?

要完成您的房间状况报告，请完成以下步骤:

  1. 登录你的 学生宿舍门户网站 然后导航到 房间状况报告 tab in the top Menu Bar - you will be taken to the 房间状况报告 page of the Portal. 
  2. 在房间状况报告页面, you should see the completed inspection for your residential space - on the right side of the page, 请选择深蓝色按钮，上面写着 审查. 
  3. 一旦你选择了回顾, you will be taken into the inspection and see the ratings for each item that was provided by a 住宅建筑 Staff Member. 在这一页, please walk through your residential space and either Accept or Contest that the condition is accurate.

我如何成为宿舍助理或研究生住房协调员?

Applications for Resident Assistants (RAs) and 研究生 Housing Coordinators (GHCs) open during the Spring semester of the Academic Year. MyLMU Announcements, Social Media Posts, and Emails will indicate when the application opens. All applicants will complete and full interview process before selections are made for the upcoming academic year.
